A Taste of Home, in Japan.

Our owner Chen Jianguo is from Chengdu, Sichuan. When he first came to Japan, what struck him was the hunger for real mapo tofu — Japanese-style Chinese food is tasty, but it's not home. He missed the tingle of Sichuan pepper, the depth of doubanjiang. In 2018, he and his wife opened this small shop. At first it was just local Chinese students spreading the word. The day someone said "your twice-cooked pork tastes like my mom's," he nearly cried with joy. Today we offer online ordering and delivery, bringing piping-hot dishes to customers far away. The one thing that never changes: we cook only after you order. The wok keeps tossing for the taste of home. Chen Jianguo, Owner
