Q. I don't have a Japanese license. Can I rent?
A. Yes, with a Geneva Convention international driving permit + passport. A mainland Chinese license alone is not valid.
Q. Can I pick up at the airport?
A. Yes — both Narita and Haneda (advance booking required).

A. All vehicles are insured. Call our 24h Chinese support first; we'll help with the police report too.
