Our founder once watched a Chinese family at Narita Airport struggle for over an hour to rent a car — a 5-minute process if only someone spoke Chinese.
"If only you could rent a car in Chinese" — from that thought, we started in 2020 with 3 Priuses in Ota-ku, Tokyo. Word spread about our all-Chinese service and instant WeChat support, and today we run 40+ vehicles with a veteran Chinese-speaking driver team.
