About Us
For Every "I Get It Now."
Sakura Tutoring supports Chinese families in Japan with online private lessons.

Our founder came to Japan as a student from China. At Japanese cram schools, the teacher spoke too fast to even raise a hand. Ending each class still confused — that frustration is where Sakura Tutoring began.
We started in 2021 with online 1-on-1 lessons: ask questions in Chinese, prepare for Japanese exams. We wanted that simple environment for children in Japan.
Today, over 300 students — from elementary kids to working adults — learn with us. What we do hasn't changed: one tutor, one student, facing every "I don't get it" together.
