The neighborhood agency people love.

Hello, I'm Kenichi Sato, president of Sakura Real Estate Co., Ltd. We opened our doors on a Nakano shopping street in 1996, and thanks to this community, we're celebrating our 30th anniversary this year. I'm deeply grateful for your support. What matters most to me is never treating a deal as the end of the relationship. A home is the biggest purchase of your life and the foundation of your daily living. Long after the contract is signed, I want us to be the first call you make when something comes up — the agency you trust. We'll keep walking alongside the Nakano and Koenji neighborhoods, giving our all to support your home search. Thank you for your continued trust. Kenichi Sato, President & CEO
